Playa de l'Ampolla

Playa de l'Ampolla is the main city beach of Moraira, located at the foot of the historic Moraira Castle. It stretches for about 440 m, with an average width of 25-30 m, and is distinguished by fine, golden sand and crystal clear, calm waters – ideal for families with children and lovers of relaxation by the sea.

The beach is located in the very center of Moraira, above a cove protected by a rocky promontory, which makes swimming extremely safe. Just behind the beach stretches the Marjal del Senillar Nature Reserve – a freshwater lagoon just behind the sandbank.
