As a distributor, you are obliged to verify before making a cosmetic available on the Polish market: INCI composition in Polish, cosmetic functions, product and batch identification, capacity, name and address of the responsible person, country of origin and date of minimum durability / PAO. The regulations do not "fix" this - EU regulations impose this obligation on the distributor.
