You enter the apartment through the terrace from which you go to a space with a beautiful living room, which is also connected to the dining room, and from there you go to the kitchen and storage room where there are sun loungers. From the living room you can go directly to the spacious terrace in front of the apartment, where there is a table, chairs, a lounge area, a charcoal grill and an umbrella. The kitchen is bright and well equipped with appliances. It has a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as all basic kitchen utensils. The apartment has a private parking space in the basement. You can also park your car in front of the estate gate. 2 Bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed measuring 180×200, air conditioning in the summer season as well as heating in the winter season, built-in wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. Second bedroom with two single beds 90×200, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. Blankets, pillows and bed linen are provided. The living room also has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. They are spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer and furniture. Bath towels for guests are included in the rental price. However, guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for sunbathing and to the park and beach.
