Terms and Conditions of the Vamos Costa Blanca website

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Vamos Costa Blanca platform - an advertising service operating in a subscription model.

2. Nature of the Service

Vamos Costa Blanca acts solely as an intermediary, providing a virtual space where advertisers can publish their service offers. The platform does not provide the services offered, nor does it guarantee their quality, availability or legality.

3. Registration and Subscription

Full access to the platform requires creating an account and purchasing a subscription plan. During registration, the user is required to provide real data and keep it up to date.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Subscriptions are automatically renewable unless the user cancels before the payment date. Vamos Costa Blanca does not handle payments on behalf of advertisers or act as a financial intermediary.

5. Unsubscribe

The user can cancel the subscription at any time through the user panel. There is no refund for payments already made.

6. Liability in Disputes

Vamos Costa Blanca does not intervene in conflicts between customers and advertisers. The platform may, at its discretion, remove content or suspend accounts that violate the terms and conditions.

7. Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Spain.

8. Tourist License

The Advertiser declares that it has all the required licenses and permits, including a tourist license, to provide the services offered.

9. Tax obligations

The Advertiser is solely responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations arising from the transactions and services provided.
